New series of After Life is as good as the previous ones.

All about opinions, but I thought it was poor compared to the first two. A bit lazy and predictable this time with excessive use of the 'c' word rather than effective use the first times around.

Agreed, it was good, but not as good. Still good viewing though.

It's standard of Gervais stuff to make me cringe rather than laugh, and that's definitely the case with a few of the characters in Afterlife.

Watched it all in one sitting and also agree it wasn’t as good as previous seasons. As alluded above dropping the c bomb each episode wasn’t exactly funny. Neither was bringing in the new office girl to hastily replace Sandy who wasn’t available for filming.

Brian and James should get their own spin-off series.

He went to Hall prep school and Bryanston public school. As the latter is in Dorset, I'd guess he boarded there.
