The Football News Thread 2025/26

Couple of Spurs ones:

In 2018/19, Spurs were in the Champions League final and Stockport were in National League North. Could be playing each other in the league next season.

Spurs U21s play at Stevenage. Could also be an away fixture for the first team next season.

A lot of Stevenage match goers are Spurs supporters, could be an interesting atmosphere.

Heard a lovely one today - since 2020, only seven Manchester United players have outscored Mo Salah at Old Trafford

Wrexham earned more money in sponsorship revenue last season in League One £17.3m than Wolves did in the 2023/4 season as a PL club, £14.5m. Our figures for 2024/5 have yet to be published

One of Rochdale or York is going to get 100+ points and not go straight up (Carlisle could get 99 too)
