No PSR charges against clubs this season. They are either all compliant, in part due to transfer fee engineering, or the rules are so suspect that the Premier League dare not risk action anyone.

Leicester City avoided a points deduction after they won an appeal against a charge in September, which covered the three years up until the end of the 2022-23 season.
An independent panel found the Premier League did not have the jurisdiction to punish the Foxes as the club had been relegated to the EFL Championship when their accounting period ended on 30 June 2023.
In a joint statement on Tuesday, Leicester and the Premier League said the matter remains "the subject of confidential arbitration proceedings".
 
Welsh FA moving forward with their intent to revamp their League Cup.

Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham and Newport will be invited to take part. Need permission from the FA to do so. Winners will qualify for Europe.
FA will ask all 4 teams to agree they cannot qualify for Europe via the League or English cups.

Bit of a flashback when Cardiff and co used to play in Europe via the Welsh Cup. Everyone used to take part in that and Hednesford got to the Final but couldn't qualifie for Europe as not Welsh.

Merthyr not part of this invite as they have offered them a deal worth £6m to join the Welsh PL in 2026.

FA have said no to the 4 EFL based teams taking part in the Welsh League Cup.
 
Details somewhat pending but sounds like Man U's plans to build a new stadium and reevelop the area has government backing.
 
Until yesterday's fixtures knocked them down to third, FC Magdeburg were top of Bundesliga 2 with ZERO home wins. Imagine having a season ticket there and getting promoted without seeing a single win for your money!
