This ridiculous "high bar" thing has to go. Just make the right decision. Any of us who've ever played can see what happened there, he went to block it, the Bournemouth lad nicked it away first, he caught him reasonably high as a result as the ball was gone. So a yellow card.

The use of the phrase "re-referee" as the reason for the high bar is absurd, too.

If the officials on the pitch got it wrong, by definition "re-refereeing" is exactly what is needed.
