I dunno, you rarely use 23 (or 20 outfield players) as it is. Martin Keown went to two World Cups and never played a single minute, can't remember how many squads Wayne Bridge made but it was a fair few and he hardly got on the pitch.

We had the situation at Euro 2016 where we had too many forward options if anything and ended up just lamping them all on the pitch, with stunning results.

Nine of the original European Super League clubs are fined by Uefa over last month's proposed breakaway.

A combined €15m fine. Or €1.48m each.

In addition 5% of cash cup revenues to be withheld in 22/23.

Im just glad Spurs are charging £60 a ticket, you'd worry for their future after this. CAS are on standby.

The Glazers took out a 23m dividend from United in January.

I understand all that, but more players means less bullshit from the press as they won't be moaning at him about not picking TAA or Grealish or whoever he does have to cull.
