Storming out to go and tell on JM to Levy was a petulant final flourish.

I've warmed to Mourinho watching this series so far. The game at Molineux made me angry again because, whilst it wasn't stated expressly, it was obvious their players took turns to try and kill Adama and that must have been coordinated by JM.

That aside, I think his man management is excellent. I particularly enjoyed his meeting with Dier, probably because Mourinho could speak freely in his first language.

Threatening to get Levy involved was hilarious. Expected a move to Milan and got Newcastle and Bournemouth.

He did an interview just after they finished 2nd iirc which I thought was very classless. Complained about them only buying players he had to Google, his wages being too low (despite signing a new contract during that season), basically said Spurs weren't going to win any trophies and he wanted to move back north - Man United were apparently after him at that point, clearly after the move.

Soured on him a lot after that. I thought he had a very good 18 month spell and hasn't been particularly good after that. Rubbish at Newcastle, no desire to be there. Bad professional.

Not sure where to put this but The Athletic currently offering a year's subscription for £1 a month.

Edit: Actually it's three months at £1 a month. Still worth it.

Edit 2: Hang on, now got an email saying it's £1 a month for 12 months. :icon_lol: Sure that was how I read it originally. Oh well, I'll see what happens.
