Yep, rubbish coefficient as they haven't been in the CL since 2009/10 and did nothing in the Europa League either. City would have been in the same boat if they had got knocked out in the group stage again last year but getting through in reasonable style has boosted them.

Monaco have started very poorly this season, I think that project is unravelling, I wouldn't mind drawing them especially. Roma are the ones to avoid in Pot 4.
