In theory breach of Park Ferme is a pit lane start too. Lewis definitely will be unless the stewards rule Max moved the part (which is hugely unlikely) as his mechanics will have to breach park Ferme themselves to adjust the wing.

In a rational world I totally agree.

I reckon Merc will try everything they can to say max interfered with the DRS though

I dunno. I'd imagine it'd be pretty difficult to make an opening permanently bigger just by touching it for a few seconds. He'd have to deform it in some way which would be noticeable.
