Absolutely. Vettel got a lovely benefit out of pitting on lap 43 as well. Feel very sorry for Bottas.
He would have had his team told him not to
Good straight line speed but the Mercedes are still quicker. Issue is when you right behind a car it's very difficult to get in front of them. Both Mercedes had no grip on the start and the Williams took them both. Issue was they couldn't build a lead. Bottas was the quicker of the 2 but just as he was starting to make moves his team pulled him back. Eventually told him if he wanted to pass Massa to make it clean. All that nobbing around meant Lewis could take advantage at the pit stop. Once in the lead he pulled away with ease.All I know is that Hamilton won. Were the Williams as quick as Mercedes today then?
