It was but from what I saw he dropped his leg there looking for the contact and grabbed Orban’s shirt. He was trying to buy it, if he didn’t put his leg there there would have been no contact.

VAR would have looked at it, unlike in the PL it didn't stop the game for 4 minutes to foresenically examine it though
