Taylor averaging over 117 and has hit 180 after 180, and is losing 6-3 to Van Barneveld. Fucking incredible stuff.

EDIT - Barney wins 7-4. Only thing tarnishing it was the disgraceful treatment Taylor got from the crowd
 
Anderson v Huybrechts was a bloody good game too. MVG v Chisnall should be a belter.
 
The darts is on in the O2 around the corner from my apt tonight. There's some great costumes in the neighbourhood, saw 12 guys all dressed up like the Ninja turtles, green face paint, shells on their backs etc.
The Smurfs are here too and a couple of Vikings. Should be lairy round there tonight
 
Premier league final between Anderson and Van Gerwen is of a ridiculously high standard. Tremendous stuff.
 
Anderson wins. World champion and Premier League champion at the same time is pretty bloody special.
 
What a crazy pace that match was! Great to see Anderson finally making the best of his talent.
 
Remember all those times he was BDO number one seed and kept losing early? Pleased to see he has now turned into a truly exceptional player. His games against MVG will keep us going whenever the world becomes post-taylor.
 
I think those two are out on their own now (MVG had his own little spell of looking like he wouldn't live up to the hype), Bunting might catch them at some point, Lewis will still win titles and I'd never count out Wade if he has his head right. Problem for Phil now is the same as Ronnie has in snooker, the tour is worldwide and he doesn't want to be jetting all over the world all the time, he doesn't have anything to prove to anyone. And if you're not playing as regularly as these guys who are world class in their own right then they'll have you for breakfast.
 
Martin Adams accepts invitation* to play in the grand slam. Think he might be in for some fearful stick.

*grudgingly, after the BDO told him he had to.

Hopefully will be going to the first night straight after the Burnley home match.
 
Matchplay currently on in Blackpool, my favourite tournament of the year. Anyone else been watching it?
 
Been a bit busy over the last couple of days but hoping to catch a bit tonight and should be more available later in the week. I see Barney got himself knocked out last night.
 
Barney did start to fight back towards the end, but left it a bit too late.
 
Ian White's daughter Tania is the highlight so far tonight.
 
Tania should be made to sit in the crowd every game.
