The Darts Thread

There are some pretty average players on show here. Capable of the odd leg here and there of brilliance and way better than I am at the moment, but pros should not be losing to amateurs, it isn't *that* random.

James Hubbard is a great player for the future.

You are surely looking at the wrong player Dan

Blame Sky's iffy graphics, they had the Kojak wannabe down as Hubbard at the start! I've never heard of the lad.

Looks alright. Nothing spectacular so far though. And remember, it's not so long ago that sex offender Jelle Klaasen was the next big thing, and he won a world title (albeit the BDO)....and Kirk Shepherd made a world final. He doesn't look any better than either of those did at the same stage, MvG was making top eights and top fours of tournaments when he had hair.

Ted Hankey is going to attract some attention if he can go far in this tournament. Would love to see him back at the Grand Slam

Fair Play to Wade for starting in the early rounds

Wade slagging off the format :icon_lol:

Try playing the odd qualifier then you fat shit, then you won't be involved this early.

Mensur throws like such a spaz :icon_lol:

Wayne through again against Royden Lam. Nice one.

Nice interview with Wayne there. James Wade up next for him. No I know he CAN beat him if he believes in himself.

Hankey could do with buttoning up his shirt. A bit low cut.

Couple of West Midlands county players have made it through to round 3. Dean Stewart and Matt Dennant both play in my Thursday league as well. The latter is playing Adrian Lewis tonight.

Taylor beats Huybrechts 9-0. Ronnie only managed a 79 average compared to Phil's 101. Childs play for him in the end.

Barney only just sneaks past youngster Michael Smith 9-8 in a tight last leg decider.

Wade also through 9-7.
