So ideally we need results to be such that there is real jeopardy of finishing third (at best) in their final match. Go Zimbabwe

England done better than expected really I thought we’d have lost all 3 or at least 2 in the super 8.

No other sport would this be acceptable, bit like England in the 6 nations playing all their games at home but changing each venue very last minute.
Nasser Hussain made an excellent point saying yes India pretty much run cricket and there’s no hiding that. However with that comes huge responsibility to look after the game which absolutely are not and are simply taking advantage of their position and it’s a complete abuse of position.
