Not sure if this is genuine but I'd be firing those 'defenders' and 'full backs' into the sun personally

If true the 50% relegation pay cut will mean any player with an offer on the table will push to leave, surely?

Of course insisting on such a clause makes it difficult to sign quality players in the first place for a struggling team as they will just take other offers without one and you end up only getting your 5th choice players. Ho-hummm.
