Summer 2022 Transfer Window

£25m would seem to be...optimistic.

I've no clue what Leeds' financial situation is but they have spent a fair whack this summer themselves...maybe they're short on cash to pay up front. I imagine we'd easily take £20m so long as they don't try to shaft us on the terms.

That said if Spurs for some reason insist on signing Dan James maybe that will oil the gears a bit and it'll happen.
Leeds want him and that is public, so I understand why the club are hoping to make more money out of this.

At the same time if we price Leeds out of getting rid of Hwang for an actual fee I'd be gutted. Can't remember the last time I wanted an outgoing transfer to be completed so badly. There's a good chance we not only get a fee for a player who has so far shown himself to be lower Championship at best, but make a profit on him.

The fan in me is saying we should simply accept whatever offer we can get, this is a player who I thought we'd never manage to get more than £5m back on. But then the money from Hwang could be the difference between a signing in January or not so hopefully we get what we want.

I think we know they'll be back in with a restructured bid. They desperately need a forward.

I suppose he's de facto our fourth choice full back as it stands. Apparently they're really important (as are 5th choice central midfielders) so he can't go.

Someone said there’s been a bid for Tielemans from a mystery club so I assume that’s what he’s getting at here.

I thought Leicester had an unrealistically high valuation on him, even though he's only got 12 months left. That's why no-one has even made a bid for him.

If it's blue and "recent" league (assuming PL here) then Chelsea won it after Leicester did so it could be either

Could be Man City and we are making a bid for Grealish, who wants out apparently, because he’s not the superstar there

I hope not. I couldn't cope with not detesting him for being a greasy diving pillock, and I've already got Hwang to deal with at the moment at least.

Wouldn't he expect to be playing regular, cost a lot, big wages etc.
He won't want to come here and sit in the bench will he?
Kilman being sold?😁

I'd genuinely rather watch Hwang every week than that prick Grealish.
