So that'll be two managers the players have seen off.
 
On another note we're 1 of 10 clubs in the PL not to make a signing yet.

That in itself isn't much of a concern, until you out into context we have a weaker squad now than at the end of the season.

Only Chelsea and Utd have a squad weaker than they finished the season with.

We've also apparently enquired about Evanilson from Porto but have been "scared off" by their asking price of 80m euro.
 
€80M wtf? He's good but he's nowhere near that good.

The same Evanlison Utd have bid €65m for?

There's some nonsense flying around the internet isn't there?

Never heard of the Croatian last but if that's his best bits then holy fuck I hope not.
 
We get scared off when someone mentions actual money needs to be exchanged for a player, be it a million or whatever
 
Wolves are reportedly interested in signing River Plate midfielder Enzo Fernandez who has a €20m release clause.

Wolves’ head of recruitment Mathew Hobbs, will reportedly arrive in Argentina tomorrow to discuss the transfer with River Plate.

Sounds a bit more likely compared to other rumours if Hobbs has gone over there?
 
Thought he was going to Benfica, he's supposed to be quality.
 
IF Hobbs is genuinely the guy to have those discussions then that's a positive. Not that I know anything about him, but he can't be worse than Jeff and Scott
 
He's another who was promoted from the academy side but who knows how good our recruitment staff actually are as they could be being ignored half the time anyway
