Summer 2021 transfer window

Depends how much he would cost. Suppose if we buy RAN we would still have Semedo/Hoever/RAN/Marcal to cover full back/wing back positions. Though hard to trust Marcal (even though I really like him as a footballer)

He and RAN would cost roughly the same amount, so assuming we'd only sign one who would you?

From the BBC gossip page.

I cannot see that happening. Spurs fans already moan about Mourinho's defensive tactics, Nuno would not be an upgrade on those. Besides , Nuno has what he wants here. At Spurs he has Levy!

Also, Guedes is a very good player on my PlayStation. Pug Ugly , but a good player.

I looked at Guedes and he plays off the left and is very right footed. We already have Podence and Neto for that left sided role. We need a good right sided player to compete with Traore.

Previously I tended to side with the idea we didn't want to be looking to strengthen the bench, buy players for depth, however given how this year has gone I would be against that thinking now and would like to see more players being added for depth or different options. I don't think we can just assume we will go back to our previously impressive injury record.

So I would take Maitland now, he has looked okay for Brom and feel he had shown enough previously he could play CM here but in a slightly more dynamic and expansive style, also the fact he has gone to WBA and just got on with it and played what role given to him I feel speaks positively about him.

Not seen anything of Guedes although he hasn't worked in La Liga it says but they still want their full fee back as feel he will be better in the Prem, which doesn't seem right to me.

Neto is very left footed which is why he's suited to playing on the right.

Trincao who we've been linked with is similar.

A hard no on Guedes, I don't think I've ever seen him have a good game.

You don't seem to like anyone at the moment ;) !!
In all seriousness, Cutrone is on loan there isnt he? They are strapped for Cash. We could do a swap plus a few million. It would make sense. He can play as a second striker and a right winger.

Jack of all trades, master of none.
As for AMN , again a good squad addition who could fill a number of roles to a good standard.

I can really see Guedes happening. Frustrating player but can make things happen and would have him on the left and Neto/Adama on the right.

It's because he's now old and curmudgeonly......
