Please don't play three centre halves because it isn't solving anything, it just means we don't play a good player somewhere else.

We're more than capable of winning. They're not very good. I can't stand Russell "the ego has landed" Martin with his Albion-era Mowbray insistence that he has it right and everyone else is wrong. There's little in their squad to fear. But y'know. We've won 1 game in 8 months. We can't keep a clean sheet to save our lives. So who knows.

Still hoping he is sacked before then. Even if a new manager isn't in place, I think our chances of beating Southampton increase if O'Neil isn't there for several reasons.

Of course he should've been replaced during the last international break, but anything less than a dominant, convincing win in this game should see him relieved of his duties before the next one.

We're probably doomed already, but at least get someone capable of winning games and making us look halfway competent in for a roll of the dice.

Regardless of my dislike of him and his ability, we just can't put Johnstone back in as it's going to set back any continuity between the keeper and the defending of set pieces even further.

If they are going Sa then they need to be serious about not playing the ball to him or trying to involve him. I think that is what frustrates me most, you know he can't do it.

They have to address keeper in January. They can't look at the position and stats around it and think it's anywhere near good enough.
