Have you been on a CPD course this past week?

You seem obsessed with culture.
I think it's the disappointment of knowing the kind of leadership players like Nunes, Traore, et al, are now going to find themselves under.

I would also argue that the culture Nuno fostered here was absolutely imperative to our success under him. COVID snapped the club (and Nuno) out of that cultural structure and we haven't come close to recovering from that, IMO.

Further, literally everything we do as people takes place in at least one cultural context, typically multiple. Those contexts do absolutely affect outcomes.

Neto's goal against Soton away was when he was on the right, i prefer him there too.

I prefer Adama on the left as well, it just means they are all a bit closer together up top, and that we are more likely to get players in the box.

However i can't imagine we buy a 6ft7 striker and then invert our wingers, so i can't see it.

Nah he was playing behind Adama and Raul as a 10.

The group peaked. Raul's injury brought the curtain down.

It's a combination of many things, but those things all happen within a culture.

Cannot see Raul and Sasa working as a front pairing. So would like to see Podence ably supporting one of those two. Neto and Moutinho drop to the bench. Adama to start! So for me, it's Sa, Semedo, Jonny, Kilman, Collins, Neves, Nunes, Adama, Guedes, Podence, Raul/Sasa.

It could maybe work as Jimenez likes to roam around, come deep to get the ball, and chase down the channels too. Sasa would have to literally just stay central, win headers and stay in the box.

I don't think the culture has changed at all.

We are currently in a funk as a team and that is up to the management to solve.

The culture of the club is on Jeff Shi.

Turning up to see his £100 million players are going to do, we can hope he gives Bruno instructions to jog on

Sasa in for Raul and Podence for Guedes (Ait Nouri for the injured Semedo as expected).

And one of the influences on the initial positive change in culture is Jorge Mendes. To get top four we needed top four players to be brought in.
