Semdo doesn’t try and cross or beat a man from the right so what side he plays on is probably irrelevant. If anything it may open up cutting inside and shooting/combining with a forward.

I think Podence is shockingly inadequate and was over priced but he's a complete asshole to mark given you can no longer put him in row Z. Might be a weird foyle for Raul.

Would be nice to see Ruben bang in a couple.

Thinking about it a bit more just now. Traore off the left in this game is a bit of a no brained when I consider previous games away at Southampton. We turned around both games by positioning him narrower and higher which Southampton couldn’t deal with individually or collectively because of their defensive line.

regardless of what we think Bruno will start him and Trincao I think.

Agree, that was almost not forgivable, hopefully he has had a hairdryer after that from Bruno and won´t do it again this season
