Disappointing stuff so far.
Back three all playing like they've had a few tins before kick off, Neves playing too safe for my liking and not forcing the issue as the spare man in the middle of the park, wingbacks nullified by Southampton's defence, Moutinho largely anonymous and the front two not been given any real service. Southampton haven't really done a lot for the most part, just sort of sat back and took it, decent play for both their goals but so many mistakes/half arsed play from Wolves to allow it them to happen, looks like they might have tweaked the shape in midfield now too so more difficult to take advantage of that as a route back into the game.
Might be worth going to Vinagre/Traore as wingbacks and playing into them short so they can run at their men seen as the space isn't there for the switch to get Doherty/Jonny in behind, can see Wolves having a lot of the ball second half but unless something changes in the approach I imagine it'll be a lot of toil with little reward.
