Think there's probably an identical post on a Blades' forum somewhere right now, tbf.

Wouldn’t say we look “there for the taking”. We’ve had something like 75% possession in the last 15 minutes or whatever the little stat was on the screen a minute ago.

We also look pretty bereft when they attack, if we're being honest with ourselves. It's a very open game

Traore not the most convincing so far. Maybe his shoulder knock has subdued him slightly.

If Podence makes an appearance then I would make it for him at the minute.

descent half, nothing more

We’ve been the better team, more composure on the right and I think we would have been leading. Always good to get to half time not losing though!

Pleased with that so far. I'm not used to us having so much possession. Carry on like this in the 2nd half and we'll win.

I reckon we'd have scored if that dirty bastard hadn't taken Jota out.

naa, dont take Traore off..Jota instead if any wing players

Is it just me or are Sheff Utd just whacking balls in to McBurnie?

A bit better than at the weekend but our play in the final 3rd has not been as good as it needs to be to break down a pretty well organised and disciplined side.

Really even game, both teams look decent going forward but shaky at the back.

Boly and especially Doherty need chatting with. Neves having a really good game, though.

Doc is really quiet, usually runs and create a lot

We haven’t really tried and have found a few openings and with better composure could have worked better opportunities. Doc looking better as game goes on, was beyond awful at first. Jota been doing well but still just not getting it right when he gets near the area.

As per usual, we only need to get it right once and we will score. They aren’t particularly threatening beyond our mistakes and aimless crosses and set pieces.

Yes Neves seem a lot better than last game. I think we have looked the stronger of the two sides. Level at half-time so gameplan followed so far. Let's come good second-half.

i would try 3-5-2 jota off for podence..raul and adama up top..podence as nr 10

Our right hand side have all had some sloppy moments but we've looked the better team IMO. Keep at it and it'll come.

Wilder said beforehand that he was wary of our threat on the break and I think that’s been quite obvious with how much they’ve sat back.

Our decision making in the final third is frustrating to watch, particularly Jota. I agree with Bear, Traore seems slightly subdued since he went over with his shoulder.

25 minutes of 2 teams cancelling each other out and then we've improved and with better decision making i think we're in front. Jota and Jimenez both guilty of either holding on too long or not playing the right ball when we've broken. No idea how anyone can say that Sheff Utd have been dangerous, they hit the ball long to McBurnie all half and we've dealt with it reasonably. Only time they looked like scoring was down to Boly's error who for me has been poor again much like Saturday.

We need to move the ball quicker, it's why Doc keeps trying the flicks because we're giving it him when they've pressed him in to a cul-de-sac. I think the game is there for us to win if we make better decisions in the final third as the opportunities are there.

4th or 5th time it's happened to him. Got to be weighing on his mind whenever he's going into a physical challenge.
