Relegation run in 22/23 ** Now a Wolves free zone**

In fairness they came from behind to beat Everton and Southampton, and we also picked up a point from behind last week, beat West Ham - it absolutely depends on what mindset we’re in.
Also we lost to Bournemouth and Leeds and put in an appalling performance against Forest.

We beat Spurs, Chelsea and Liverpool though.

Not a lots changed has it...

Bournemouth have been a bit on the ascendancy recently so I think that has something to do with it, and it remains to be seen if Leeds can maintain their good form - but they’re two of the most in form teams around us so no surprise we lost.

Both teams upturns have happened since they beat us :)

Given our performances/results against the "better" teams, I'm less worried about our last 4 fixtures than I was.

There is clearly something about these players where they get up for the bigger opponents but can't against the lower ones.
The good teams play out from the back and our press see’s us create chances without having to do much. Whereas when teams sit deep and go direct we can’t create anything ourselves and are ripe for the counter. Plus the manager kept picking the wrong team for those games.

If we get pressed high and quickly we're generally useless.

Teams don't do that and we look decent. Yesterday was one of those.

How the fuck did we manage to lose 4-0 at home to Leicester? We definitely owe them in the return fixture.
Because we may as well have had a cardboard cut out in goal that day. Everything they hit went in.

We even had 15 shots on goal from inside the box and still didn’t look like scoring .

I won’t get to relaxed until it’s certain, however yesterday has firmly everything in our hands now.
clubs not to trust to do any favours, Liverpool, Fulham, Spurs, Chelsea.
Leicester game is a must not lose game, they will be targeting it as must win.

Fifteen minutes in and Leeds are on fire -surely it's only a matter of time before they score. I'd love to see Wolves play like this just once this season.

Leeds have looked good but this is a classic Hodgson away day performance. A couple of the times we've beaten Palace at Molineux have been amongst the easiest we've ever had in the Premier League. Hopefully they rock up like this in a couple of weeks.

I think they’ll be fine but I didn’t realise quite how turgid Palace are.
