REFERENDUM RESULTS AND DISCUSSION THREAD

What South Staffs ? Yeah, you said it.

I also said multiple times that judging me on where I live is more than a bit offensive.

Were my views ok when I lived a mile or so from Rusholme and Moss Side but they're not valid now? I'd better get in my time machine every time I want to post on this thread.

I have no idea why you keep attacking me it looks a little childish and I don't want to get in a swearing match with you again as you get all hissy, your grammar turns to rubbish, you attack my work through jealousy and then flounce off to Jack for the evening complaining about hating people.

Wasn't the UI theory debunked as unworkable right now. Given this government isn't going to implement this before Brexit it is pretty unlikely and so really just a wild theory, it would be nice to have something that is workable in the short term and as you are pushing just one theory it is hard to reconcile that with you moaning about the workshy.

No it was not. But that is my long term solution. Without wishing to seem hissy, which is what happens when you're a minority but not afraid to voice an opinion contrary to the majority, the workshy still exist. What would you do with them? Nothing is not an option
I am allergic to jack btw. Trying to debate with you. Apologies for the grammar. Working class upbringing and a limited education. Couple that with boxers hands and a small tablet and it all looks a little ragged. But we can but try.

I'm not sure on your use of language but essentially I think you are correct, it is education and opportunity. But why should the government be responsible all the time, especially as they're not actually that good at it. There needs to be new thinking and maybe a new tax system that addresses this directly, not pfi but direct taxation into projects of some sorts.

Like you I don't have the answers and I'm not sure many think tanks are going to be looking on obscure football forums for them. But nevertheless worth a go.

Are any 'Think Tanks' even looking at these issues ? Labour talked about 'Opportunity For All'. Gordon Brown said 'British Jobs for British Workers'. The Tories had Dave with his 'Big Society' and 'We're all in this together'. Condescending Tossers who have never had a proper job.

Post brexit we don't need experts, remember?

Deutsch Wolf, we know fu*k all, or very little, about each other, we didn't like a few of each others posts, which then descended into playground insults. They can't be 'unsaid' but for future reference on this subject I will shut the fu*k up !

For the people mentioned above, or anyone at the bottom of the pile, what have the 'Experts' been doing for them over the last 20 years ?
Why has their number grown in this time period ?

Good, me too, as I said to Prog I think we should be creating opportunity for people to get into work but it should be directly funded by the top 1% through social enterprises. It is then up to the poeple to take those opportunities, be that education, work or starting a business.

I would have more government funded childcare places too out of the same taxation. I think reducing the tax burden on small businesses would help in the short term to keep employment but on the proviso of creating jobs. I think bigger businesses can also help here, for example Santander have a grant scheme to take on graduates from certain Universities that participate and those Universities also allow recruitment for free (not recruiters as far as I know).

There should be more schemes like this from bigger businesses but aimed at SME's as they will essentially be the supply chain and many types of jobs, not just the low skilled are created. Look at degree apprenticships as a way of getting into work and if businesses are afforded these tax breaks then more people should be employed. I'm not saying it will be perfect but some opportunity has to be better than none. Eliminating the poverty trap is going to be hard and I doubt, like Viz and DW, it will ever be as the bell scale proves.

I actually think we should all meet up. Part of the issue I feel, is the fact we can post here but don't know people. I have avoided the western on match day's as I don't want a brexit discussion on a day out. Its catch 22. I am noit a victim and don't paint myself as one I hope but I also have my own views and am happy to air them. A few of you press my buttons. We are, remember united as wolves fans

The Western ain't the be all and end all of pubs in Wolverhampton, in fact it's a bit shit :icon_lol:

I can see sense in that. I can see some resistance from some unions to a degree pathway. I love your way of paying for it. That could work.

I have sat in the moon Mr sad lonely bastard in my retro shirt or moved to the fruit machines. I have even eaten there before a short walk to the train. So far I have formally met no fucka!
So if you see a 6 ft t1 stocky chap eating crisps and drinking diet coke while playing the fruities say hello! Perhaps I will put cyber on my shirt! I will always buy a pint!

I think, to put it into a nutshell , that I struggle with the concept of giving anyone money for doing nothing unless you give the same to everyone.
However, I realise the current mob in charge are unlikely to do ubi so we have to look at something else.
