That's a shame . Must be horrible for people who generally hate all things about Christmas, as there is no getting out of ignoring it really.

I don't enjoy Christmas because of what presents i'm going to get, infact when I come to UK I never get presents, we don't exchange any. Can't really explain to people why I enjoy it so much, PPB just gets a warm glow inside from it all, to me it's just a special time. And I'll leave if there incase I'm getting on peoples tits with Christmas gushings

Yes I am but I want to do a few things that I always wanted in my younger days but never had the time or the money!. I have done enough travelling around for the time being so will invest in a great hydro therapy spa for my Garden as the mandatory frivalous retirement present and start my own little business with a mobile disco if I can get the stuff at a decent price( used to DJ 30 years ago and still enjoy the craic). May well continue with some training consultancy work part time as well but not sure what the road less travel will hold.
