Sooze i use my own version of this one.

Though i add a touch of soy sauce when frying the onions and sometimes some green or red peppers if i have them. I don't make it in little ramekins but use a bigger longish baking tin i have and i line it with bacon lightly cooked and then folded over the liver mix.
oh and i don't soak the livers in milk, i make a cup of tea instead while i'm working, ha ha
