I've definitely heard "Nancy" by itself as derogatory, for whatever reason the alliterative combos like "Negative Nancy" and "Silly Sammy" have never intersected with that in my brain.

Appreciate the heads up, though, it's definitely noted (and, in hindsight, embarrassing that I didn't draw the line myself).
