I was thinking this.

It will be a shame because Price has offered us some really good performances and for a while we were a much better side with him in it than without under KJ. Lambert made noises about rating him as a player but has hardly picked him overall.

In a really good team (or squad) I think he is a good option as he is a tidy player who defends pretty well. A good passer of the ball, especially first time. However, he just hasn't progressed since our first season back in the Championship and we have to look for better eventually. A shame as an academy product who I have a lot of time for, but I would not be that fussed if he is released.

Lambert was proper bigging him up in his first few months. I do wonder if his health issues (severe migraines) have held him back. He seemed to suffer badly and 1 episode would rule him out for 2 or 3 games.

Coady is under contract and is versatile so he'd be the one to stay.
