O'Neil aka GONe

They couldn't give a fuck tbf.
On a moral basis no they don’t, but they probably don’t want to be about themselves when it’s toxic and they get fans shouting and abusing them in the directors box. Main reason is for their own comfort nothing else.

Surely they’d next stage is they just stop going. Something I’m afraid we’ll be doing if Gaz stays.

Yep and claim the moral high ground that the fans are being abusive and fears for safety.

So LL basically saying Potter & Moyes (the top two choices) wouldn’t touch us with a bargepole.
Is a way to change that.

Bin the current transfer policy. It's shit.

All I will say is be prepared for a lot of seasons similar to 2016/17 in the next few years.
Nothing championship club with just average players.

They'll have to either modify it or factor in the cost of relegation followed by investing in a promotion push or stagnation.

Big crossroads for the cunts at the top

I think they did that months ago. Relegation and stagnation (or freefall) awaits.

If you were any sort of self respecting agent (paradoxical I know) representing a manager you'd show your client Shi's articles in the Depress and Blah and say this is your hiring manager.

Way before you even sit down in a hotel somewhere and confirm both Shi and Hobbs are a couple of utter chancers.

Shi and Hobbs are probably dragging out sacking O'Neil in the hope that Rob Edwards will get sacked by Luton first.

Surely, even they can't believe O'Neil is going to turn things around.

Why would they think Edwards would turn things around either?

It would be a case of rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. Futile but they don’t care, all that matters is he’d be cheap if they gave a single fuck GO would be long gone.

I don't think they would. With no money to spend they probably know that they that can't attract a manager who will be able to turn things around. Edwards is a known quantity with proven Championship escaping experience and used to working with low budgets.

It would be different if Fosun turned the money tap on again for the next window. Personally I don't see that happening.

It'd surely be cheaper just to keep GON rather than pay him and his team off and get Edwards in?
