That's what I was just wondering, not seen him personally but presume he'd been good enough for spot relief in the prem already given his profile on loan.

Think he struggles with the ball at his feet but the way we are conceding goals and how bad our playing out from the back was at Chelsea we’d be better off thumping it anyway.

Of all the madness that's got to be the maddest. A fractured wrist with rest is about 6 weeks to heal, but given his position call it 8, so he'd be back and fit by now. Playing with it doesn't give it the chance to reset properly and will take a lot longer and maybe won't heal properly at all until that complete rest is taken, whilst affecting performances throughout. Even the game we won he should have thrown away due to his handling

Blues ST holder I know said he was excellent with his distribution.

Their bar isn't high though admittedly.

Basing it off Preston, so one game.

Edit - thinking about it he was a bit shaky in pre season too. Awful sample size but it’s all I’ve got as a reason he hasn’t had a go

That would explain the articles about Sarkic needing to step up a few weeks ago then.

He got player of the season for Blues, having only played till Christmas.

It's not like we have Andy Lonergan as our number 2.

Sa has a broken wrist, how can that be a better "solution" than playing Sarkic?

Any idea when/where the injury was picked up?

He was holding his wrist after that. Whether that was the cause or he’d already done it I don’t know.

I have no issue with a player playing through an injury, particularly a goalkeeper. But he’s been rubbish so that’s one reason to take him out and it might be affecting him, even subconsciously, so take him out and reasses

He could just be doing what Bully used to do and limp for a bit after missing a chance

IMO you're talking out of your arse.
There may be a couple of things he could have done better, but to say he's been rubbish is way out of order.
Why do so called fans, disrespect our better players?

Irrespective of the language he's been poor this season and the sentiment is correct. Howlers against Leeds and Chelsea, should have done better on both City and West Hams second goals, got away with a complete clanger against Southampton. That's a lot from 9 games. Made a good save at 0 0 last week and a penalty against Fulham, other saves are ones he should make, he's in negative territory

I think poor is a bit harsh. I agree with the sentiment that he's performing nowhere near as well as he did last season, but the stats so far this season show him to be pretty much middle of the pack. Which is not bad for a team in the bottom 3.

Neves back in. Sa plays.

II like the look of our team. If Toti has a half decent game we really should be winning.
