New - The things that really annoy you

This supposed rift between Brooklyn Beckham and his parents. News, apparently.

I’m guessing he wouldn’t turn their money down if he’d married Tracey from the rough estate who works part time in greggs rather than the billionaire nepo baby he married.

It's not a great leap for me to believe that one of the most avaricious people on Earth uses his family as a 'brand'. He'd flog Nanny Beckham if the price was right.

Automated "Thanks for Applying!" emails.

Don't get me excited you sons of bitches

Has the E&S decided to broaden its definition from “regional newspaper”

Part if this is annoying but also respect for the cheek of it...

Had to do an IKEA trip this evening, so back over to the Darlo area I go.

Decided to do a quick stop in Nandos for a bit of grub....quick it was not.
Waiting...waiting...then the folk who sat down 25 mins after us got their food in 5 mins.
Obviously not right so did the polite way of asking "where is my bastard food".
Turns out it had been made and taken to the wrong table and the bastards went "yep, that is ours...to go with the table of food we already have"

God bless Darlaston/Wednesbury (or Birmingham if I use IKEA geography)

Could have done with your stand up routine whilst my food was being stolen

And very tasty it was too.

Getting a new phone for the first time in almost four years. It's a different manufacturer so although android everything seems to have moved and things that were there pretty no longer are.

IIRC manufacturers pay Google a fee that grows larger as the version of Android increases (gets newer), and the latest is reserved for Pixel phones. Samsung has Taizen (spelling?) so they may work slightly differently.

That is to say, it isn’t always as smooth as it should be because you might be transferring between different versions of Android.

My old phone still had the latest version of android, it was just effectively full. The main issue I'm having with the new one is the lack of a back button (something that was at the bottom of the screen) and an easy close app function. It's all drag this and that, rather than a couple of easy presses instead.
