New Manager Search *BACK ON*

Surely the players can now motivate themselves now Lage has gone. They know whats required and unless they aren't bothered, then any manager will have a problem. Much as we'd like to get a new manager sooner than later, getting the right man is the most important issue. I'd even take Dyche till the end of the season if he could keep us up. It may not be the greatest football, but it's results we need at present

I just feel like it might be Nuno. Not sure why and I've got nothing to back that up, it just wouldn't surprise me.
Doubt it, we can no longer pass from Semedo to Boly to Coady to Saiss to Jonny to Saiss to Coady to Dendonker to Coady for 60 minutes a game

Dear God, are you living in the 80's?

5 games until the WC? 2 of which it’s too late for anyone, 2 of which we are probably losing regardless.

So it’s not the worst plan in the world (if it was guaranteed to happen and he was actually refreshed and going to be good, and it meant we didn’t employ some nobody instead). But I’m hoping it’s not a case of JL in December or Zenga MKII and we can actually just appoint a genuine satisfactory candidate this week instead.

6 games innit.

Forest
Palace
Leicester
Brentford
Brighton
(Leeds, but who cares)
Arsenal

Was Martins the coach at Olympiakos when Podence was there?

That could be a good omen.

*scrambles for more straws to clutch*

I know there is a time difference between us but catch up. Martins is old news already

How the fuck are people seriously saying Martins is "Zenga Mk 2"?
Bloody hell darlo that’s 2+2= 5 as that’s not what I’ve said 😃 (if it was aimed at me of course) Edit - I don’t think it was

I’m referencing that JL in December would only be a sound plan if it was going to be a Zenga MKII (Lage for example) instead. Martins would certainly fit into my satisfactory candidate section.

Speaking of ZengaMk2. Not had a proper job for 3 years and has been in the Middle East since. Not a direct Mendes client though from what I can see

Managed all the Mendes hubs...Braga, Olympiacos, Sporting, Monaco

Can't say I know anything about him

Is there actually anything in these “flights from Saudi Arabia”.

Skybet have him at 33-1. So where is 2nd fave from?

On Sky Bet in 3rd place at 6-1 is Nuno.

Martins and Lopes ahead of him...
