What is annoying is how blatantly obvious this was going to happen. How people didn’t see it I’ll never know. We got progressively worse as last season wore on and looked a complete disorganised mess at times.
Board are equally as culpable for our plight such naïve thinking keeping Bruno a day past May.
He’s completely destroyed any good thing that was built previously and has imbalanced the squad horrendously. Left us with a top midfield to provide to a below average attacking force.
Disposed of genuine defensive leadership and destroyed the confidence of the two back up CH.
If Coady said what he did and Boly did what he did something must have been very wrong hardly 2 players you’d associate with rebellious behaviour.
Due to the above I don’t understand the high confidence by some on here that believe a good coach will get us up to mid table. A good coach has a fighting chance of keeping us up.
I’ve said it before the immediate future we’re relying on Podence, Adama, Guedes, Costa and Hwang to start finding the net regularly.
Good luck with that, as DW has stated look above us apart from Southampton who are we better then. If you say Bournemouth we couldn’t beat them and they’ve doubled the points we’ve accumulated and we’re in no position of arrogance to claim “our players are better”

What is even more annoying is that we have finally got rid of him, but he has left us in a complete mess and any new manager is going to really struggle to turn it round.

We let 3 proven premier league CH go, and shattered the confidence of the two back-ups.

The only fit striker we have is semi-retired. We also have Hwang, who we bought despite already knowing he’s shit.

The pack mentality is a distant memory

The project added a style and uniqueness to the brand, but Bruno has replaced that with slapstick and spite.

We literally can’t score for toffee.

We are in a relegation fight, which is evidenced by being in the bottom three with a quarter of the season gone.

An injury to Neves or Kilman in February will seal our fate.

There is literally nothing good. Bruno has left us in a rotten state.

What a disastrous appointment he was.

Quite a few reports online this morning saying Lopetegui is a done deal and will be announced on Friday.

Very likely they’re putting 2+2 together and coming up with 5, but you never know.

Only one I can see is a Greek sports account?

Guy on the mix who knew about Nuno way in advance said deal was agreed last week.

I'm surprised he's not too busy with his anti Arsenal/Arteta obsession to notice we've sacked Lage.

I can't actually see his tweets any more, he blocked me a while ago when I called him a "dangerous fantasist" for claiming that he - a junior reporter on a local radio station - brokered Ray Clemence's (England's number one keeper at the time) move from Liverpool to Tottenham in 1981.

He's off his massive head.

I only get snatches of him from the football clichés podcast, where they have a weekly section of ripping the piss out of him and Gray.

If you’re missing him he does a podcast with Andy Grey 👍🏼
