Madeley has done an A-Team and gone properly underground.
Madeley, Spiers, Nash and Swarbrick.

Coming to a regional paper near you to fight injustices for your football team, or something like that

Preparation for when we get relegated and the Athletic won't need a Wolves correspondent anyway.

It was just throwing a name out there as an example, really. They did say they were going to bring in support, but currently, they haven't.
What’s Duncan Ferguson up to these days 😂

I noticed a lot of the journalists were defending Sellars. I do agree with Madeley, useless as he may be, in that it's a shame none of the venom from the crowd at the weekend was aimed at Shi. But the journalists defending Sellars can piss off.

Patience Jinky, that's coming, there were murmurs of discontent round us about Shi, Fosun and the senior players.

As much as Sellars, rightly, copped the flack, Kilman, Adama, Semedo and others practically ran down the tunnel at the final whistle. Fucking cowards.

I’ve said it before. Once someone has created a catchy chant, it’ll gain momentum. Until then it’s “*insert name* you’re a wanker”

If we have 9 points from 15 games with Everton, Man Utd and Villa to come before we can sign any players, I don't care who's in charge, it's going to be bloody hard to stay up from there.

After 15 games:

2003/4: 11 points (finished on 33, 20th)
2009/10: 13 points (finished on 38, 15th)
2010/11: 12 points (finished on 40, 17th)
2011/12: 14 points (finished on 25, 20th)
2018/19: 19 points (finished on 57, 7th)
2019/20: 23 points (finished on 59, 7th)
2020/21: 21 points (finished on 45, 13th)
2021/22: 21 points (finished on 51, 10th)

We either win at least one or draw all three before the World Cup, or it's the worst we've ever done.

Gut feeling we’ll only pick up 1 point. So good luck to them selling that to potential “outstanding candidates”

The worst ever side the Premier League - Derby '07/08 - scored 5 league goals in their opening 8 fixtures. It's took Wolves 11 games.

Derby scored their 6th goal in GW16. So we need to find a goal from Brentford, Brighton, Arsenal or Everton.

I don't disagree that Shi has fucked up (@Harry J may disagree with this). But suggesting Edwards to come in would be as much as a disaster as sticking with the current crop.
I've no idea why you think I might disagree that Shi has made a mess of things. I've no doubt the buck stops with him and he's the primary cause of the current malaise. My disagreement with you regarding Sellars is all about the honesty and integrity of Steve Davis. I don't think he's lying and you do.

As said only competition we’ll have this season is to beat the points gained in the 11/12 season.

lying, towing the club line... He wants to keep his job so will say what he has to. Oh and all he said was Sellars didn't tell him to make subs... Pearson directing him what Sellars wants makes him only bending the truth

Wolves fans do love missing the target even more wildly than a Gabor Gyepes free kick.

If we sacked Sellars right now it would have exactly 0% impact on our season. I don't think he should be in the position he's in but he isn't where the issue is.

Depends who they bring in and with what remit.

The remit is the key.

We don't know that Shi has to appoint the manager, I'm fairly sure Shi hasn't got a clue who Beale is for example.

Why would Sellars be communicating with the stats guys and why would he have tactics drawn out, poor as they were, on white boards?

Until then Occam's razor applies.
