New Kit Thread - slag off what you want in here

The away is perfect except for the random yellow bit (why do companies do this? And at least do it the same colour as either of the collar colours if you must, not a random yellow!)

seriously, that kills me. it's a completely different shade from the collar. how is it that most years the kit(s) get so close but they inevitably out clever themselves by doing patently dumb things like that

Depends on where in the BC. My grandad used to pronounce 'wash' rhyming with 'gash'
 
In our neck of the woods (and Quirk isn't very far from me at all really) it's 'wesh'. Same as water is pronounced 'wairter'.
 
Yeah he was 'wairter' too but definitely 'wash' as in 'gash', he was Halesowen way though so a fair bit of variations in dialect from North NC to South

This is correct.....never heard 'wesh' anywhere in the Black Country, I was born and bought up in Dudley/B Hill which of course is the capital of the BC, the outlying areas may have different pronunciations i.e wrong.
Wairter is of course correct.
