He was Toti, he looks like a calamity waiting to happen but sort of gets away with it.

The clanger wouldn't have mattered, Mavididi was miles offside in the build up.
That's what I would have expected. The problem is he's the only CB we have that has any physicality or athleticism, I think he has to play till we get some defensive reinforcements, which will probably 4 or 5 games (unless we already have some lined up)

But you seem to be slating him for a possible calamity that didn't happen, I agree he looks awkward and raw at times but his stats v leicester(whoscored) say he played well.

I'm not slating him! Not sure where I did that

There were a lot of seats available earlier today especially with the Ticket Exchanges being registered. Living abroad and then being expected to pay GBP 40 for memberships for one visit means basically GBP 100 per person. No way would I be going if it wasn't on General Sale. Shows how far we and they have sunk that we are now on General Sale for Man U on Boxing Day!
Excpet you can't buy the ticket exchange seats and never will for any fixture apart from maybe Liverpool. They're only available after all the regular tickets have sold out which rarely if ever happens.

Cheers. Appreciate your advice as you clearly know. As usual online ticketing systems are weird. I bought the tickets on Saturday and looked early today for an extra one for a relative. The exchange ones popped up too in a different colour. Looking again at 4 the exchange ones did not come up! By the way.... no plastics here! ;-) KTF UTW

Yes they show on the stadium graphic but when you try and put them in your basket it tells you you can't buy them yet.

It's a stupid own goal from the club that is just a lose/lose situation. I appreciate that they can't offer them until a certain amount of tickets have been sold but that should be lower than 100%. They're losing possible revenue because of it.

I doubt they are, the vast majority of people who would buy a resale ticket will purchase another one instead without the club having to give 80% of the st price back.

I think we have to be careful with the narrative that has developed in recent months under the previous Management.
Views such as ' Our midfield is too lightweight ' or ' Our defence is a shambles ' or ' we can't defend set pieces ' or ' RAN goes AWOL and has no interest in defending ' or ' we are chaotic to watch ' or ' some of our defenders turn slower than milk or are done ' .
All of the above occurred under a Management team that frankly would struggle in League 1 , as they had no idea how to set us up as a team where everyone knew their role , there was a clear way of playing and we had a proper structure.
This for instance means that a player such as Forbes would struggle as the chaos would be too much for him .
Right now I would cut every player a lot of slack , be tough with them , give them clear instructions, protect our defenders and let the wing backs support the front 3 .
I'm not buying the idea just yet that Dawson is done or that Lemina / RAN should be moved on .
New Manager , new slate , the train is leaving for a new destination.....all players on board please and let's give this a shot .

Well said. We clearly need a new defensive organiser to keep us up. Dawson's nous is still priceless in the team and club despite him being an injury risk and also slowing down. What Hobbs was thinking or not thinking about a succession defensive leader astounds me. He should be fired for multiple sins IMHO.

Hopefully not another game against these vile wankers where that twat Rashford climbs off the naughty step to have one of his rare worldies against us. I detest that club and most of their players and glory hunting fanbase

Despicable club and fans apart from the Manchester area connected fans. It doesn't get much worse in terms of the inflated egos of glory hunters over so many decades. That emotional wreck female fan of Walsall who had a breakdown on the radio back in the day deserves more respect.

It is nice to remind United plastics that they have had two great managers in the history of the club and are now simply reverting to the mean while waiting for the next great manager in about twenty years

Won't be many plastics there boxing day, are trains running to London?
