I just don’t think it’s reasonable to expect Djiga to arrive in January and come straight in to play as early as late April, especially at Old Trafford, and considering the difficulty he’ll be having in mastering the subjunctive in English. In fact being on the bench allows him to contribute in an even fuller way with ‘unseen work rate’, the new key metric of particular value to people who don’t even see the game.

I hate everything about a trip to Old Trafford, unless we get a result there.

I'm feeling a defeat, mainly due to them having their tails up after Europe, and also how difficult it'll be for us to sustain this winning run. Agree that as long as the performance is competitive, I won't be too unhappy

Djiga signing just gets stranger and stranger with each passing game... obviously Wolves are safe but when he signed they were anything but and needed players in the here and now.

Still don't understand why Forbs wasn't sent back either? He doesn't get any minutes yet the club said they couldn't let him go back without getting a replacement in? Yet he never plays!

Djiga was a change in direction. Danso failed so we spent some of the money on a player on our future radar. Possibility we would have moved for him in the summer. We now get a period to settle him in. Thankfully Doc has done a decent job to make that move work.

Forbs, possible we learnt from our error last season. Don't really want him now but an injury or 3 away from being short in a key area and this season it could have mattered.
Can see why we told Ajax no unless we could get a replacement in. Last Jan we let 2 strikers we didnt really want depart and regretted it very very quickly.
