Apparently they threw the towel towards the pitch, but it landed in the stand....

Maybe e shouldn't have set them up do badly.

The person he should be most furious at is himself.

Coady is so far out of form he'd be lucky to play for Sheffield United.

Poor Pedro is having a disaster but has absolutely no support as his manager has shafted him royally.

Like Glasgow said, he doesn't ask them them be hopeless in passing...

I shouldn’t have looked.

We are being universally mocked. Rightly so, in all honesty.

You can’t blame Nuno for not being able to make simple passes our having 50p boot when crossing a ball. Reality is we’re a country mile behind where City are at this time.

They haven't even created any proper chances yet! Scary this, although we did keep the ball a bit better in the last 15 minutes of that half (ie. 5 passes).

When we do get the ball into their half, no central threat (as we don't have a striker of course). I think at 60 mins Fabio/José come on for Hoever, and Ait-Nouri comes on for Jonny

Poor Ki-Jana looks totally out of his depth, not particularly helped by Leander (who did get better after the own goal)

We have set up to try and counter their strengths but not play to ours. That’s folly

Pretty much what I was expecting, we haven't defended badly really. I am disappointed with our first touch and passing when we do get it.
That 2nd was never offside, I'd be raging.
Don't think playing Hoever at rwb and Semedo at.....rwb works.
Coady mate whats happened to you?

He's set us up so deep though that there are too few passing options, under a lot of pressure. A couple of them have been awful but they are panicking slightly because they know the pressure is coming soon.

When we play through Neves and Moutinho we actually play past their press - it's the next bit that is the issue at that point

Have we even had a touch in their penalty box? I'm not expecting a shot or anything like that, but surely a touch in the oppo box isn't too much to ask?

Yep, there were a couple of instances where we played it quite quickly and got beyond the press but it led to either someone giving the ball away or spannering it into the stands.

It's okay lads, Nuno is going to tell the team not to be sloppy in possession.

I dont give a fuck, if we nick something out of this game, they can have 95% Posession

My biggest concern has been Hoever. Positioning is all over the shop. I can let his attacking play slide as he’s not a WB

0 shots
0 on target
0 corners
Fucking rancid .
It’s like a boxer running away so the other fella can’t hit him.

He's so raw. I feel for him. I think he might look better in a back four tbf, but I'd take him off very soon tonight.
