I watched about an hour of Blackburn - Brentford last night. Blackburn had a 19 year old forward called Tyrhys Dolan - thought he looked a far better prospect than Fabio Silva.

I think with some players it is immediately apparent that they're something special. It didn't need 90 minutes to know Robbie Keane was different class. I guess in this case if the lad has gone 18 games without scoring maybe more than 90 minutes is required.

Had a look on RAWK and there isn’t the universal confidence I was expecting. Neither fanbase seems to have complete confidence so who knows? Just hoping it might be as high quality as the league meeting at Molineux last season. The result was against us but the match as exhilarating in quality.

That was one of those games that I thought was a real turning point; there was no '9 men behind the ball' stuff, we gave as good as we got, and gave them as good a game as they'd had all season

We did. It was an epic match. I was exhausted watching it in the ground. If you showed it without identifying the teams to someone not familiar with the league positions and said it was a champions league semi final they would have believed it. At that point I thought we were really going places. Hopefully this season has just been a bit shit and we can get back to or possibly even exceed those heights in future.

Yes, the game last season was one of my favourites which is odd for a game we lost. Incredible atmosphere under the lights. We went toe to toe with one of the best sides in the Premier League we didn't ride our luck or have backs to the wall and their fans routinely said afterwards said we were the best side they played in the league.

Still wonder what happens if Doc buries that header in the first half. Not sure they'd have escaped with the three points.
