I had seriously strong feelings about him when he was at Fama. I would've loved for Wolves to have signed him at one stage.

He moved to Porto and it didn't work out. How much of that is down to him and how much was down to Sergio Conceição is impossible to say. He was basically put in a Roger Johnson/Jamie O'Hara bomb squad situation but there was never any public explanation as to why.

The fanbase are the biggest hypocrites going, we’re fine with the likes of Viera, Petit, Keown and Campbell being heavy handed in the early 00’s.
