It’s a poor league so far this season, Liverpool being top by being shall we say functional, Man City having a year off, Arsenal very inconsistent.
Lots of clubs who think they’re way better than they actually are. Newcastle, Villa, Spurs in particular. Bottom 6 aren’t as crap as last season but they’re still crap.
It’s another reason why it’s so frustrating that people happily wrote off games against average sides one being Newcastle.
