Was getting pelters in the studio for the team he picked (although I get it here with them going for the CL, no excuse for what he did with us vs Southampton in 2021)Nuno back at Wembley then.
Equal parts delighted for him and fucked off its happened.

Hope he beats Villa in the semi-final
I'm not a Nuno hater, I wouldn't have sacked him, but he chucked the cup in his final season with us for absolutely no reason and tonight his best keeper won him the game, whilst he didn't play ours in the semi who arguably would have made a difference. Call me indifferentNuno back at Wembley then.

Easy to say that now but for all intents and purposes, Nuno was running out of steam as opposition coaches worked out how we played and then the steamroller that came along was covid and that took a lot out of him. Still love the man for what he did for our club and the people of Wolverhampton. And I'd be very happy if he came back one day.I know it’s old ground but Nuno pulling up trees elsewhere just sticks more a knife into Fosun and the social media clowns who called for his head.
Agree with the last sentence and also think he's not to blame for their first like some do, for the third he has to come out. At that stage penalties was best case scenario thoughAlways think that's overplayed with Ruddy at Wembley.
The bigger error was taking Jota and to a lesser extent Neves off.
Old old old ground but a) we were 6th after 10 games when Raul got injured (only 4 points off the top of the league) and b) if you decide his race is run then that is your prerogative and I kind of get it to an extent, but the replacement was an absolute fucking disgrace and made us look completely unserious as a football clubEasy to say that now but for all intents and purposes, Nuno was running out of steam as opposition coaches worked out how we played and then the steamroller that came along was covid and that took a lot out of him.
