Ridiculous it was allowed to stand. No intent but the rules now say if it touches a hand immediately before a goal it is a foul. It’s like the VAR officials don’t know the laws of the game.

Speaking of weird shit, Heerenveen (managed by Robin van Persie, which I didn't know) and Fortuna Sittard got some truly unbelievable refereeing yesterday, as what was supposed to be a double substitution for Fortuna was allowed to be a "2 on, 1 off", leaving Fortuna with 12 players on the pitch for just over an entire minute of game time.

It's mad what's happened to City. They're just unrecognisable, slow in possession, gaps everywhere, mistakes with technique and positioning, it's just mad that every individual player just looks so bereft of confidence, they don't want to be on a football pitch. I really don't understand what's happened, and completely refuse to believe it's all because of Rodri being injured.

Yep it almost rivals us in neglect and incompetence. In what world do you let your only fit right back leave (still a current England international) and not have anyone else to play there other than a half hearted lightweight central midfielder in Nunes? Walker has been unhappy for months too but no plan to replace him in that time timeframe?
