I think the ref needs to be planning to issue a red to kill advantage. With the argument that a player that should be dismissed is still on the pitch until the advantage ends and could score, injure another player or somehow influence the game

I thought it was a decent watch until the Pickford/Kudus incident tbf. Those shenanigans shot the first half dead, shot it again, buried it, and then flooded the land the grave was on.
