Careful now....John Richards at Orient...
Three goals against nine men. Of which the keeper should have saved the second (practically dives backwards instead of at the ball) then he nearly fell over on the third. Missed several other easy chances. But yes some facetious hyperbole on my part otherwise. What was bad about it?
Robbie Fowler had plenty of tap ins. Lineker made a career out of it.
Why? The perfect hat trick, one off his right knee, one off his left thigh and the other off the back of his head.Careful now....
It was surreal... like waiting for a disaster to happen. His finish for the first was fine although he'd missed three or four other chances prior to that including an incredibly weak header. As you say, the second was close to the keeper while the third was incredible as he didn't seem to know what to do. The ball bounces away from him, he's unsure whether to pass and then fortunately for him and his confusion, the keeper is sold by the misstep and makes it easy for him.Three goals against nine men. I watched that in the John Ireland with my Sad sat next to me. He was absolutely raging and has to use every ounce of willpower not to lose his shit as he was in the home endMemories of us *just* winning 1-0 vs 9 man Sunderland under Turner this
Totally missed the game but wtf…?

It kind of worked - for a bit anywayTotally missed the game but wtf…?
Aren't there even more places from next season anyway? CL up to 5 for English clubsI don't care about Newcastle either way. But with UEFA restructuring how coefficients work it isn't in the interests of clubs like us who conceivably could try to finish in a European spot if two English clubs go out in the CL group stages, as currently seems more likely than not.
