I didn’t watch it but everything I read from reports said they were completely dominant at 2-0 and West Ham got a deflected goal out of nothing. Then West Ham were better for 20 minutes until Watkins killed the game.

I watched the game which is why I laughed at the other posters comments as he couldn't have been further from the truth.

You're about right with your summation but Wham were never really in it as Villa kept them at arms length when they were 2-0 up. And it could've been more as Watkins misses a sitter from inside 8yds.

Despite the Hammers goal they they weren't really any good and when Bailey comes on Villa went back to domination. They were very good.
