Spurs - have won one League Cup this century, that's it. Not like they're regular trophy winners as a matter of course
PSG - league kind of comes by default. Been shite in the CL under everyone because they're a nonsense of a club who have no idea how to build a squad, they just buy shiny toys

For now he just needs to make Chelsea a competent top 6 team which is their default base level and was even before Abramovich came in. They were miles off that last season and there's a huge amount to fix (all self-inflicted of course).
