If he does it’s barely a sideways step so makes little sense.
He left Wolves because he thought we'd only ever have the ambition to be a lower mid table team - he's probably right.

If Forest convince him they have the ambition and means to aim above that then it's not sideways in his eyes. All depends on the if

Then fully expect an interview with GB next summer when he realises he’s jumped from the frying pan into the fire.

If he didn’t like the plans for us for the future, then I doubt he’ll want to go to Forest can’t see them continuing their continuous spending.
The more time moves on, the more I'm convinced he just got into a pillow fight with Shi and threw a hissy over it.

Not many jobs likely to be coming up in the PL so it’s quite feasible he’d go to Forest. History suggests he would dump them quicker than I can type Morgan Gibbs White if he did a half decent job and a better offer came along.

They also need the FFP wiggle room and after buying about 200 players need to get rid of a lot of the squad to get him room to manouevre

If he does go there I doubt he’d be in place in time for Saturday.

Pains me to say it but Villa have been absolutely fantastic. They’ve played City off the pitch.

1-0.

He'll go where Mendes dangles the fattest cheque in front of him

Villa deservedly ahead against City. Lucky deflection but city can have no complaints.

Lop and Marinakis just won't go together.
Theres only room for one ego in a marinakis club, and he's got both of them.

They are fine as long as the owner is prepared to put the £30m a year in, the Johnson deal saw to that. He certainly wouldn't be able to say he hasn't got enough players there

Which he knows are average, how many good players can you get for £30m?

That's not what I mean, it's that a season across the 3 FFP years, that's ultimately our issue, Fosun don't won't to

City a complete void in central midfield, which is understandable as they don't really have a midfielder on the pitch and haven't all game (Bernardo not one in the strictest sense).

M
17 - 2 shots in Villa’s favour.

It’s been a long, long time since I’ve seen a side dominate Manchester City like this.
McGinn has been superb. Villa good all round

I think Gundogan is a massive loss for City, especially when Rodri is out too.
