It’s been a poor second half to be fair, Newcastle have just given up less chances still had zero impact going forward. That stat is shocking no shot on goal in 170 minutes of football which is abysmal.

The rule has been plucked from Serie a where they had record penalties given last season, this is why. It's Colina's brainchild apparently and it's going nowhere. Ridiculous decision.

Still don't get what they are giving and what they aren't. Pretty sure that the first one that hit Dier on the arm was just as much a handball as the second one which is not at all but one is given and one isn't. It's going to fuck so many teams out of points undeservedly.

It would at least be consistent to have the same rule in the other box. But Havertz is worse and the goal stands!

Prior to that decision Newcastle hadn’t had a shot at goal yes can argue spurs should have had the game sown up. Newcastle were a shambles and have got a point by launching an aimless free kick.
Be prepared for lots of last minute penalties given in that scenario.

How can anyone who knows anything about football watch this and think it’s ok? Why don’t they just admit they’ve fucked up and change it? I heard yesterday they’re not meeting again until March. I mean, brilliant. We are stuck with ludicrous decisions like this every single game until March.
