Live Match Discussion: 2020/21

Easy first couple of rounds as it had to be
One of the toughest draws in the last qualifying round
Easier draw than looked on paper in the group as the number 1 seed were imploding
As above for the last 32, particularly as they played their reserves
Middling draw in the last 16, 8-10 best we could have got
Toughest draw in the last 8

We went out about where we should after beating Torino. Established PL European sides wouldn't have had that earlier path hence the last 8 is the worst they should get unless they get a very unfortunate draw in the last 16 which Spurs didn't

So your argument hangs on one tie but ignore all other games?

The group wasn't favourable at all on the previous seasons form. Which is the only way you can base it.

That would be a nonsense argument as is TT's as football doesn't work by the best team winning every game it is supposed to.

Tl:dr your argument is still bollocks.

No it was based on all the ties...

I think you’re argument is “bollocks” so we will leave it there.

Well not now they wouldn't, don't be stupid. Bully is 55 now.

I'm having an amnesty on him for the rest of the month.

1) He played well (for him) against Liverpool, apart from being shite on the goal
2) My work is done, pretty much everyone can see now he isn't very good and doesn't want to sign him, a lot don't want to play him
3) We aren't playing again until April
4) Feels mean to keep having a go at him and he isn't my problem soon

You've got to be long-term awful, as in years and years and years to get on The List properly. Your likes of Dave Edwards, Matt Doherty, Seyi Olofinjana, Mark Rankine, Steve Corica, Paul Blades, Shaun Newton, Darren Ferguson. The short termers are just footnotes.

Although I do still have harrowing nightmares of Simon Coleman and Mike Small.

But I bet everyone on The List has given you a moment of happiness.

Rankine did when he left.

He scored one goal for us and I wasn't there.
